Shauna Toussaint RN, MSN
Pivotal Senior Services, CEO and Founder
Shauna Toussaint is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a licensed Long-Term Care Administrator, who has levered her experience in the healthcare industry to help older people navigate through senior housing and all its inherent issues. She utilizes her experience as a healthcare consultant, realtor, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Senior Home safety Specialist (SHSS) and Administrator to provide clients and their families with personalized attention and support to navigate the complexities of senior housing.
Shauna is passionate about helping to meet the special needs of Maturing Adults through her work and experience. Her primary focus is to make sure she provides an excellent experience as her clients enter the next phase of life. After serving as a Director of Nursing in a long term care setting she knew she wanted to make a difference and provide seniors upscale assisted living in intimate group residential areas. She also wants to ensure the families receive the support they need to make the best decision. As a RALS™ (Residential Assisted Living Specialist), Shauna has earned the highest level of professional certification in the industry.
Shauna is a licensed Long-Term Care Assisted Living Facility Administrator in the state of VA and holds a Masters in the Science of Nursing (MSN) from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelors in the Science of Nursing (BSN) from Wright State University. Shauna also holds her license as a Realtor and has received her national recognition and training as a Springfield area Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Senior Home Safety Specialist ( SHSS) serving the Springfield area.
When she isn’t at our assisted living for seniors in Springfield, Shauna loves spending time with her family, traveling, and decorating homes.
